- Creative Concept
- Promotion (optional)
Together with the client, the range and type of activities required is determined. These include defining the specific type of service, setting up the scale of products related to the selected service, determining the project time frame (standard or rush), as well as defining a content strategy. The communication with the client in this phase is vital as it is very important to recognize the optimal methods that will bring about the best results based on the specific needs of the client.
The entire creative team (creative director, designer, illustrator, content writer, journalist, researcher, and associates) is involved in developing ideas and designs for the specified service, based on the client’s inputs. In this phase, the team elaborates on the developed creative strategy, conceptualizes the concrete scenarios, etc. Then, the initial concepts are sent to the client for approval.
Usually, depending on the service and the product, the first step includes research and/or content writing. A draft outline and design wireframe (basic visualizations to get an idea of the elements’ arrangement) are sent to the client for revision. The second step includes the creation of a detailed and elaborate visual concept with all illustrations and graphical elements – with two revisions (2nd and final draft) allowed. Upon approval, the product is delivered.
Depending on the wishes of the client, the creative project is promoted on Mint Onion-related social network profiles such as Facebook, Twitter (+4000 followers), LinkedIn, and Pinterest. The project can also be published on Mint Onion’s website(s) and web portfolios. For an additional fee, social media marketing and PR materials are included. Content strategy methods are used to fully express the viral potential of the products and ensure they are widely seen.
